Community Group Survey
Rural Health and Care Wales (RHCW) is looking to set up a community resilience project in two new communities in Ceredigion based on a model of care that has been developed to support people to live socially active lives in their own communities. The project will involve holding a series of free informal, fun, social events (coffee mornings / activities / music) in community venues, aimed at attracting residents to foster new connections through increased opportunities for social interaction.
A second aspect of the project will be linking volunteers with individuals who would like some extra support, such as lifts to and from appointments, delivery of shopping, dog walking or simply company and a chat.
In order to explore whether the people of these communities (Talybont, Llanon, Tregaron, Ffostrasol) would welcome this type of project, we are currently contacting community groups in the area and asking them to complete a quick 5 minute survey to help us explore whether you would like to see this form of support available to your residents.
We would be really grateful if you could therefore please complete the online survey that can be found here:

Please feel free to circulate this email to your friends, colleagues and networks, or indeed anyone that you think could help give input into the project.
