I’ve been fighting this from the start, and while we shouldn’t get ahead of ourselves, this is a very significant development.

Remember those 4 new bins I said were coming to Kirkham? 👀

A few people might be wondering why they’ve taken a little while...

Well, the kids at Carr Hill High School have been busy painting them, and just look how fab they look! 🎨👏

Three are ready and will be fitted around Kirkham next week, so keep your eyes peeled and see if you can spot them.

The fourth isn’t quite finished yet, but it won’t be far behind.

Massive thanks to the pupils at Carr Hill for making them look brilliant, and another big thank you to Glasdon, Kirkham Town Council and Fylde Borough Council for helping make the whole thing possible! 👏

The state of the pavements on Park Road after Cadent’s works is a disgrace. I’ve spoken to the council and made clear that this simply isn’t good enough, and they’ve agreed to contact Cadent and get them back out to see what more can be done to clean up the mess.

🚨 YOU COULDN'T MAKE IT UP.

Lancashire County Council has spent taxpayers' money resurfacing the pavement on Park Road in Kirkham...
..only for it to be dug up again almost immediately.
