The Memorial Park has once again been vandalised.
This is disappointing as the Town Council have spent your precept to refurbish this area, making it safer by installing railings. Recently a child spray spray painted the cenotaph (this detail has been passed to the police) and it cost you rate payers money to remove the vandalism.
This time the coping stones at the top of the park, near the railings have been broken. This will once again cost money to repair.

I am looking at CCTV and will forward any information I get on this to the police.
Kirkham Town Council will aim to recover the cost of the damage.

If anyone has any information in respect of either of these two events, please contact the Town Clerk, [email protected]/01772 682755. Any information received will remain anonymous.
