We have an old fridge freezer and a few shelves that need to be taken to the tip.

If anyone is able to help us out as a good turn, or be willing to give us a small quote we would love to hear from you!

Wow! Thank you to everyone who donated and bought from our toysale.
We made a whopping £80 with a boot full of toys heading to Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People charity shops!

Missed out? Never fear, we have lots of soft toys, books and games available still at the library for sale throughout the week.

We will hold another sale soon, watch this page for more details.

One Day to go!

🧸🚂The Toy Sale is on Sunday 6th September from 10am-1pm.

If you have toys to donate, please bring them in one of the following opportunities:
🧸 Sat 5th: 10am-12pm OR
🚂 Sunday 6th: 9am-10am.

Pop in on Sunday for a browse of the toys, pick up some refreshments from the Library cafe enjoy a local, community event right on your doorstep!

This month we have a few special events:

💚Wed 2nd - the return of Memories Meeting Group for the Autumn Term.

🧸Sunday 6th - the Toy Sale: see individual notice for more details.

☕🍰Sat 26th - Macmillan Coffee Morning!

And don't forget the children have until Sat 12th to complete their Summer Reading Challenge so don't forget to pop in to get their third visit ticked off and collect their medal and certificates!

The Toy Sale is on this coming Sunday - 6th September.

Had a Bank Holiday clear-out?
Why not donate your toys to Ratby Library to be sold. Any toys left will be taken to Rainbows Hospice charity shops.

Due to storage issues we can not accept donations until Thurs 3rd September.

Please do not leave donations outside there library as we can not guarantee their safety / dryness!

Clean, working children's toys only please. No clothing apart from fancy dress costumes.

The Summer Reading Challenge is still open and available for new and existing registrants.

Sign up at Ratby Library for the 4-12yrs challenge and the Under 4's challenge too.
Its FREE and all you need to do is read (listen to) 6 books and visit the library 3 times to collect stickers and rewards.

If you've already registered please do pop back in to complete the challenge.

Saturday 22nd - the uniform swop shop needs your help!

We have a LOT of donated items which need a bit of a sort through so if anyone can spare an hour to help out it would be amazing.
