Are you aged 18 and looking for work or further learning? Springboard is a new programme that aims to
support you into full time training or
employment. You will receive:

One to one mentor support with a dedicated PA to overcome identified barriers to work or training. Assistance with finding suitable training and apprenticeships. Support with completing job applications and CV’s. Access to fun

ding (subject to terms and conditions)


The programme is completely free and is open to anyone aged 18 who is not in employment, education and training (NEET), or aged 18 and in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (subject to work coaches approval).
