I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported me throughout this journey.

As a first-time candidate, my team and I gave it everything we had and worked tirelessly for University Ward. While we didn’t get the result we hoped for, I’m proud of the effort, the conversations, and the connections we built along the way.

Today’s Hull Blitz Commemorative Service at the Hull Northern Cemetery was a powerful reminder of our past.

I’m Ebenezer Aniemeka (Peacemaker), Labour candidate for University Ward, Hull, in this May’s councillor elections.

I’m standing because I believe real, positive change happens when leadership is present, listens, and takes action. From safer streets to road repairs and better opportunities for young people, I’m committed to being a voice that represents and delivers for the University Ward.
