We want a society for the many, not the few. HULC is an inclusive society holding social events, guest speakers, award-winning debates and trips. HULC has a great history, founded in 1952, with alumni including Lord John Prescott, Tom Watson MP, Karl Turner MP and many other Councillors and political figures. The dust is settling after a wonderful election result for Labour in Hull on Thursday.

Welcome to our new councillors, George Grozav, Paul Harper and Karen Wood, three brilliant candidates who will now be fantastic elected representatives for their communities.

HEY devolution deal is not worth the paper it is written on. Failure to return the lost funding to both councils, the ability to add taxes onto your tax bill, Extra layer of unnecessary local government.

It is not fit for purpose!
