🌟 Employment Hub Success Story: Macauley Tranmer 🌟

We’re proud to share a recent success story from The Employment Hub.

Macauley Tranmer, who is profoundly Deaf, worked closely with Ben, one of our Employment Advisors, to prepare for employment and build confidence. Using British Sign Language, Ben supported Macauley to create a professional CV and covering letter, alongside tailored interview preparation.
Thanks to this bespoke and accessible support, Macauley successfully secured a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship at Warehouse 9 - a fantastic achievement and well-deserved next step in his career.

👏 Congratulations Macauley! We wish you every success in your apprenticeship and beyond.
