Officers from Irvine are looking for the public's help in relation to 2 x wilful fire-raising offences that occurred on or around 16th May 2026 and on the evening of 20th May 2026 whereby fires were deliberately set within polytunnels set within Eglinton Country park, Kilwinning.

If you have any information regarding these incidents, or if you noticed any suspicious behaviour in or around the polytunnels at Eglinton Country Park on either date, you can assist the investigation through the following official channels:

Police Scotland: Call the non-emergency number 101 to speak with local officers, quoting incident number 1928 of 21/05/2026.
