We will also remove comments which stray to a considerable degree off-topic, in order to ensure a proper discussion can take place on a given subject. We will not participate, encourage or condone any behaviour that is illegal, dangerous or offensive to other people and we will remove links to websites or other sites that express views counter to what East Ayrshire Vibrant Communities is trying to achieve or which go beyond the boundaries of normal debate by being offensively derogatory.
