It was another busy and inspiring Third Sector Forum @ WG13 yesterday afternoon! ๐Ÿ‘

Itโ€™s always fantastic to see so many people from charities, community organisations and the wider third sector coming together to share ideas, experiences, knowledge and insight... and yesterdayโ€™s forum was no exception! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™

Danielle from SL33 also provided an overview of the Challenge Fund, while CVOEA Deputy Chief Executive Nicola Caldwell shared an update on structural changes and the forthcoming Community Planning event in October.

There was plenty of discussion, plenty of ideas and, most importantly, plenty of enthusiasm for continuing to work together to strengthen our communities. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™

The Community Connector will play a key role within the wider integration of Health and Social Care Agenda. The core aim is to support people to live well through strengthening connections between community resources and primary care. They will provide a responsive person-centred service aligned to a GP Practice team within East Ayrshire.
