East Ayrshire Third Sector Challenge Fund

CVO East Ayrshire are pleased to share that applications are now open for Year 2 of the East Ayrshire Third Sector Challenge Fund, with grants of between ยฃ2,000 and ยฃ10,000 available to eligible local third-sector organisations.
Supported by Scottish Government's - No One Left Behind funding and delivered through the East Ayrshire Employability Partnership (EALEP) in Partnership with CVO East Ayrshire, the fund aims to support innovative projects that help East Ayrshire residents overcome barriers to engaging with employment support, develop their skills and confidence which will enable them to progress to becoming closer to the labour market.
Eligible third-sector organisations must operate within East Ayrshire, deliver their proposed project exclusively for the benefit of East Ayrshire residents and have an annual income below ยฃ750,000. Organisations may submit a maximum of two project applications.
The fund is particularly interested in short-term activity that adds value to existing services or pilots a new approach for a particular area or group. Priority will be given to projects that improve engagement and outcomes for people experiencing significant barriers to employment, including disabled people, people with protected characteristics who experience inequality and working parents seeking to develop their skills and career prospects.
