Our Gym is home to our team of qualified and enthusiastic fitness instructors and personal trainers. Whether you're here to have fun and meet some new friends or you're a keen athlete, we're here to help you along your journey. We want our 60 station fully air conditioned expressions gym with a range of resistance, free weights and cardiovascular equipment to become your sanctuary too. You can pick your instructor and get a one to one bespoke programme done and start to meet your targets and most importantly have fun. GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

We have a wide range of fitness classes, ranging from circuits to pilates, so your sure to find the one that suits you. With quirky, enthusiastic and qualified staff on hand ready to lead you through your group session. SWIMMING LESSONS

DUCKLINGS

Ducklings is a 10 week course of instructor lead parent and child sessions which will introduce your child to the water in a safe environment working towards the Ducklings awards.
