This morning, St. George Class (EYFS) welcomed some Morris dancers into school to learn some traditional dancing! There was lots of fun and laughter as the children learnt the sequence. A huge thank you to Braybrooke Morris Dancers for a wonderful morning.

Last week, St. George Class (EYFS) explored 'The Queen's Handbag' story. They heard about the sneaky swan that swooped down and stole the handbag, before flying around the United Kingdom while being chased by the Queen. The children discussed the types of transport the Queen might use, then made their own parachute, boat and aeroplane for her and explored ways of travelling around our school.

St. George Class (EYFS) have been learning that the fruits of the Holy Spirit guide us to be kind and good, show love, be happy, share peace, be patient, help others and make good choices every day, living the way God wants us to. Through drama, prayer and song, the children reflected on the meaning of each quality and pinned them to our fruits of the spirit tree for all to see.

Last week, St. Teresa Class (Year 2) had an extremely exciting trip to Mini Meadows Farm! The sun was shining and so were the children as they represented STM faultlessly. The children had great fun exploring the farm and learning about all the different plants and animals it had to offer including rabbits, guinea pigs, donkey's, alpaca's and lots more! They even got to feed lots of them too!
