It's our last play group run by the mums team tomorrow. After Easter it will be taken over by the children centre team although Sarah, Marie and Amy will continue to help next term so that we have as smooth a transition as possible. So please show your support and come down for our Easter egg hunt, biscuit decorating, fun, play, a cuppa and of course a slice of cake. We look forward to seeing you all, Fridays 9.30-11.30 Francis road kessingland.

Exciting news! As most of you know the rainbow fishes mums have been looking for new parents/carers to take over the playgroup. However with the sad closure of southwold & reydon children's centre, the team there have decided to take over the running of our little group. We are all very excited about this as we were very worried that it would have to close. Under the children's centre the playgroup will be able to continue running, same time same place. We know some of our mums were worried that this change would mean the end of teas & coffees and slides & trampolines. However we have been assured that this is not the case and they are also planning to run baby massage along side playgroup. We hope you will all continue to support the playgroup & would like to say a great big thank you to all the mums, past & present who have given so much time & effort in to rainbow fishes. The children's centre will be taking over after the Easter holidays but Sarah, Marie & Amy will continue to work with them until July. I (Julia) will be finishing next week but will continue to go to playgroup as an ordinary mum. (If there is such a thing) thank you all so much for all your help & support and have a lovely Easter. Xx

It's our last toddler group of term this Friday and so we're having a Christmas party to celebrate. Please come along with your little ones and bring some friends, we'd love to see as many people as possible. We need you! As most of you know we are a small parent and toddler group run by mums who give they're time and effort to keep the group running. However, children go on to nursery and people move on. Julia (chairman) Sarah and Marie will all be giving up in July, so we need to find new mums, dads or grandparents to pass the rains on to. If your interested please speak to one of us at group or message us. Xx

Well done and a great big thank-you to everyone to everyone who gave time & money to our special children in need picnic yesterday, we had a great time & hope you did too. We raised £71.20 which Julia's hubby Gary Billington had pledged to match, so we now have a whopping £142.40!!! Xx
