Know Your Numbers! Week is the UK’s biggest blood pressure testing and awareness event. This year it takes place from 7th – 13th September 2026. The theme for this year is You know your age, do you know your numbers?. Whether you are 20 to 80 years old, you could be living with undiagnosed high blood pressure so it is always recommend to get your blood pressure tested.

Rachel has been volunteering with Guide Dogs for many years, supporting the charity’s incredible work and helping to make a difference to the lives of people with sight loss. 🥐☕ New breakfast packs have arrived in Hampshire! As part of our meals on wheels service, clients can now enjoy a delicious range of breakfast options delivered alongside their hot meal to enjoy the next day.

Clients can choose from a variety of breakfast options, including cereals and porridge served with milk, alongside snacks such as croissants, muffins and yoghurts. A range of drinks is also available, including apple juice, milkshakes and cappuccino sachets.

The breakfast packs offer a range of benefits for those receiving meals on wheels. As well as helping to maintain energy levels throughout the morning, they provide a convenient food option for those who need to take medication and add an extra layer of support in helping to prevent malnutrition.
