We were lucky to dodge the rain today, even with dark skies overhead and a strong wind pushing us along!
We mixed things up with a reverse loop heading down to the beach, around the beach park, and then out towards Gailes. A refreshing route with great company throughout.
Great cycling everyone 👏 Looking forward to the next one!

🚴‍♀️We are teaming up with our friends at Beith Trust during June to provide three cycle rides this month. The rides will go ahead tomorrow evening at 6.30pm (Thursday 4th June); on Saturday 6th June at 9.30am and then on Thursday 18th June at 6.30pm.
They're free to attend and a great way to get outdoors and meet new people.🚴

Let's celebrate 42 years of Volunteers’ Week in the UK!

This week 1st -7th June is Volunteer's Week and we would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all our lovely volunteers who support our activities. We couldn't do it without you! What a cracking Nordic walk yesterday at Doon The Beach ☀️🌊

Good company, fresh sea air, and not a bad view to keep us going either — hard to beat a wander along the coast with the poles out

🌞 Fantastic ride yesterday!

A big well done to everyone who joined us for a great cycle in some really warm weather! We headed out to Dreghorn and back, taking in the beautiful, picturesque views along the River Irvine, a perfect route for a sunny day.

🚲 Happening this weekend!
The Trinity Active Travel team are delighted to be attending and supporting the Cycling Fun Day at Broomfields, Largs—and it’s nearly here! 🎉
📅 Saturday 30 May
⏰ 10:00am – 1:00pm
There’ll be stalls, local organisations, refreshments, and plenty to keep the whole family entertained.
🚴‍♀️ Bike races for mixed abilities
👶 Balance bikes for ages 2–5
We’ll be there on the day, so come along, say hello, and find out more about active travel in your area.

What a difference a week makes! Yesterday we enjoyed glorious sunshine for our Stroll With It walk exploring Irvine ancient and modern. Sixteen walkers enjoyed the sunshine discovering Irvine's history and sharing memories of its more recent past.

Our next walk is next Wednesday starting at 11am at the Trinity, Bridgegate Irvine, come along and join us.
