Extra special dishes on the menu at Corn Craft on Easter Sunday!

🌼 Easter Sunday is just over two weeks away! Can you believe it?!

🌼 We are open all over the Easter weekend and are offering some extra special dishes on Easter Sunday in addition to our usual menu.

The Outrageous Cake Company are relocating to Hadleigh therefore we have a retail unit coming up for rent.

The Black Barn has a retail space of 48.19 square metres, with an additional two thirds of a shared storage space on the first floor. There is also a small shared kitchenette.

The rent is £500 basic rent per calendar month with an additional £45 per month insurance charge and a £155 per month service charge, both of which may vary on an annual basis. Electricity and heating are included for a reasonable retail use.

There are NO business rates to pay as the rateable value is under £12,000.

Any tenant would be expected to be open Tuesday to Sunday in line with the other businesses on the site.
