Finding a trustworthy plumber, builder, or gardener can be a worry. To help our residents stay safe and avoid rogue traders, Kesgrave Town Council is proud to highlight the Suffolk Trusted Trader scheme.

Every trader on the scheme is vetted by Suffolk Trading Standards, checked against national databases, and has signed up to a strict Code of Practice.

βœ… Rigorously vetted βœ… Transparent reviews βœ… Trading Standards approved

Police are urging families, friends and neighbours to make their elderly relatives or vulnerable members of the community aware of courier fraud after recent incidents were reported, including the theft of Β£80,000.

Police officers and other professionals will never:
Ask for bank details or PINs
Request cash or bank card handovers to couriers
Demand money transfers to other accounts
Ask for payment of fines or fees over the phone
Request access to your computer or passwords
Ask you to 'assist' in an investigation by doing any of the above

We enjoyed a wonderful day for our annual Senior Seaside Outing to The Hut in Felixstowe! Despite the stormy sea outside, the atmosphere inside was warm, lively, and filled with fantastic company.

It was a joy to see around 40 members of our community coming together to enjoy games, laughter, and great conversation.

This annual trip has truly become a staple for us at Kesgrave Town Council. Beyond the destination, it is the people and the meaningful connections that make this day so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special shout-out to Council Staff and Councillors Neal Beecroft-Smith, Jennie Catling, Linda Denny, Alan Comber, Avtar Athwall, and Rod Gibson for helping to make the day run so smoothly.

We are already looking forward to next year!

While out at TRU Park this morning, we spotted these two "Tru Gents" stopping by to admire the new pump track. After a little encouragement, they decided to give it a go - and as you can see, they enjoyed it!

This is exactly why we love it. The track is here for everyone in our community to enjoy. It’s not just for the young/experts; it’s for anyone with a bit of spirit and a love for the outdoors.

A huge thanks to these two for being such good sports and letting us share their morning ride.

Have you tried the track yet? Tag someone who needs to give it a go! πŸ‘‡
