🧘Zen Class🧘

A mindful combination of Yoga/Pilates/Stretch that will transform your body over time. You'll become leaner, more toned, flexible and have great mobility in your joints. Suitable for beginners although a degree of flexibility is ideal.

💃Step n Stretch 💃

A fun class that gives you a good workout, 30 minutes of old school, easy to follow aerobics to catchy tunes followed by 30 minutes of beneficial stretching. Suitable for beginners and a great class for getting you back into fitness or starting your fitness journey.

And BRAND NEW CLASS starting Fri 1st May!

Elevate

An Uplifting hour that gives you everything...some aerobics to get your heart pumping, some strengthening exercises followed by some pilates and yoga to lengthen and flex your bodies, finishing with some stretching to soothe and mobilise your joints.

I have worked out that I've been teaching Pilates in Inverness and the Highlands since 2004, that's over 22 years!!.🥰 Everyone of my clients are amazing and some of them have been coming along weekly to my classes since I began teaching in 2004!

Thank you so much all of you for showing up and continuing to smile.
