We are delighted to invite you to our AGM on Tuesday 22nd September.
We will be taking a look at Albyn's performance across 2025-26, and appointing new board members.

Networking and refreshments will begin from 5:00pm and the meeting will commence at 5:30pm.

Logan Way, Muir of Ord – Update on SSEN Substation Works

SSEN have provided Albyn with an update on the substation works they are carrying out at Logan Way, Muir of Ord.
If any tenants have any questions or queries regarding the substation works, please contact us and we will put you in contact with the development team.

"Our civil team has now excavated the substation site and temporarily barriered off part of the access track for storage of excavated material. All affected areas will be fully reinstated on completion of the works.

Week Commencing 14/09/26
14 September: Replacement of the substation equipment.
15 September: Completion of associated cabling works within our compound.

The works will require a crane or HIAB vehicle to remove the existing equipment and install the new unit. Aside from some temporary noise from the machinery, we do not anticipate any impact on local residents or road users."

Lots of people struggle with energy costs and get into fuel debt. If you find yourself in this situation, try not to panic. By law, your energy supplier must work with you to make an affordable repayment plan.

The Managing fuel debt guide in the online Tenant Energy Support library explains different ways to start getting your energy finances back on track. The guide also includes a template you can use to request an affordable repayment plan.
