Just in: Atlantic salmon have been shortlisted for the Bank of England's next series of banknotes! 🐟

Atlantic salmon are in steep decline across the UK, threatened by industrial salmon farming, water pollution, habitat loss, over‑abstraction and barriers to migration. As an endangered species, national recognition like this would help raise their profile and show governments that there is strong public support for the recovery of wild salmon and their rivers.

Really excited to be in the latest edition of the The Wild Trout Trust annual journal.

They have done a double page spread all about The River Project.
We have received amazing support from The Wild Trout Trust for this project over the years.

We wanted to say a massive thank you to the them and Jon Grey for helping us spread the word.
