⏰ Missed Appointments Means Wasted Clinic Time⏰
During the month of September 115 patients booked GP and Nursing appointments but did not attend. These missed appointments included specialist clinics that have waiting lists as well as normal appointments.
Altogether, missed appointments added up to 36 hours and 45 minutes of wasted clinic time.
This included:
🩹 21 hours 15 minutes of Nurse & Healthcare Assistant clinic time
🩺 15 hours 30 minutes of GP clinic time

Altogether, missed appointments added up to 35 hours and 45 minutes of wasted clinic time.
This included:

🩹 16 hours 30 minutes of Nurse & Healthcare Assistant clinic time
🩺 10 hours 15 minutes of GP clinic time
🏥 9 hours of Physiotherapy, Mental Health Practitioner & Social Prescriber clinic time
