P3 Charity

P3 Charity Improving lives and communities, by delivering services to support people facing social exclusion.

Established in 1972, P3 is a modern, forward-thinking national charity and social enterprise, delivering excellent services for people facing social exclusion. Our teams work alongside people all across the UK, to enable them to create change in their own lives. We specialise in homelessness services, supported housing, services for people recovering from mental ill-health, community-based advice

and support and young people’s services to name just a few. We are a ‘people first’ organisation and our mission is to work alongside people to improve lives and communities, to unlock potential and open new possibilities. We know the work we do does make a real and lasting difference and we are committed to addressing challenges that others won’t. Going the extra mile we thrive on collaboration, both internally and externally, all to ensure the best possible outcomes for the people we support.

When this young person came to P3’s Yiewsley Navigator Young People’s Advice Service, they were struggling to see a way forward and needed someone they could trust.

Our team listened, helped them understand their options and worked through the practical steps alongside them. Now, they are preparing for college and working towards a rewarding career as an electrician.

P3’s Yiewsley Navigator Young People’s Advice Service supports young people aged 16 to 25 across Hillingdon with housing, education, employment, finances, independent living, mental health and wellbeing.

What if the hardest chapter of your life wasn’t the end of your story?

Experiences of homelessness, prison and addiction defined Gaz's younger years, but he didn't let it define him.

With the right support and encouragement through P3, Gaz began volunteering, returned to education, completed a degree and became a published author.

His story shows what’s possible when someone is given the opportunity to take that next step.

If you or someone you know needs support, P3 is here to help.

A big shoutout to the amazing volunteers from BP who joined our team in Milton Keynes last week 💛

Together, we gave the garden at our Norman Russell House service a much-needed refresh — and it looks fantastic!

At P3, we know that having the right environment can make a real difference. This new outdoor space will be more than just a place to relax – it will be a welcoming space where people can connect with others, build confidence and develop the skills they need to move towards independent living.

Thank you to everyone who made it happen!

Leaving prison can be a challenging time, especially without a safe or stable place to call home.

Access to stable housing can help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their communities and move forward positively.

That's why we've created a guide exploring the housing support available for people leaving prison and where to find help to ensure you get the support you need to make a fresh start.

£2,375 raised and a whole community brought together!

Last week, our BeWell team brought families and the local community together for their Family Fun Day in Chesterfield with stalls, a tombola, games and plenty of summer fun, all in support of our Derbyshire BeWell and hoarding mental support services.

Thanks to everyone who came along, we raised more than double the team's £1,000 target, which means more support for more people when they need it most.

The money will help our teams fund experiences for people we support who may be experiencing poor mental health, loneliness or isolation.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered and joined us on the day. 🫶

With special thanks to Tapton Golf Club, Derbyshire Fire Service and Mitsubishi – who hosted, attended and supported on the day.

Extending thanks to UKWS and High Peak Comps who generously donated £500 each to support the fundraiser.

Didn't make it but still want to contribute? You can still support BeWell here: https://www.justgiving.com/page/bewellfunday2026?utm_medium=FR&utm_source=CL

Not every impact makes a lot of noise.

Sometimes it's someone sleeping safely in their own bed again, someone building the confidence to reach out for help or someone finally having somewhere they can call home.

In the last year, P3 has passionately supported tens of thousands of people in-person and through our helplines, providing safe homes and supporting thousands of people to exit the streets.

But the numbers are only part of the story.

Behind them are thousands of individual moments, conversations, setbacks, small wins and new possibilities made possible by the people we work alongside, our colleagues, volunteers, partners and communities.

As we move through 2026, it’s worth remembering the quieter work that happens every day is often what makes the difference.

We first met Sharon at P3's BeWell Wellbeing Craft Group, held every Wednesday at our Ripley Hub.

Sharon joined the group looking for connection and a chance to rebuild her confidence following a life-changing diagnosis.

Through community, connection and real conversation, Sharon developed the support network she needs to lead a happy, fulfilling life.
