Meet the Team – Swimming Teachers 🏊‍♀️

Say hello to Lauren, one of our lovely swimming teachers here at One Leisure Huntingdon 👋

Lauren has been swimming for most of her life and spent 12 years as a competitive swimmer, even taking part in British Nationals 🏅. Now, she enjoys swimming to stay healthy and active.

Lauren has also been a teacher for 5 years, she loves helping swimmers feel confident, safe, and happy in the water 💙

Her favourite stroke to swim is breaststroke, and her favourite stroke to teach is front crawl 🐬

Fun fact: Elephants can swim and use their trunks like snorkels! 🐘💦

Meet the Team – Swimming Teachers 🏊‍♀️

Say hello to Lois, one of our experienced swimming teachers here at One Leisure Huntingdon! 👋

Lois has been part of the One Leisure family for nearly 10 years and has worked across a range of roles including lifeguarding, reception, and swim teaching. 🗓️

Her favourite part of the role is swim teaching, where she enjoys helping swimmers of all ages build confidence and develop their skills in the water. 🌊

Lois also teaches an early morning aqua fit class on Tuesdays, bringing great energy and a positive start to the day. 😄

Her favourite stroke is head-up breaststroke, perfect for a good chat while swimming. 🏊‍♀️
