KINTBURY - BARTON COURT FOOTPATH INQUIRY UPDATE

Please see the latest inquiry notice for Barton Court below with the next days, 28th and 29th May at Coronation Hall, from 9:30am.

BUS SERVICE CHANGES
Road closures in Inkpen and Kintbury require that some changes be made to 3 bus service over the next couple of weeks.

Due to closures in Inkpen on 20 & 21 May 2026 the service will divert via Templeton Road between Kintbury and Hungerford and not serve Inkpen.

During the closure of Newbury Street, Kintbury from 25 to 27 May 2025 the bus route will do the following:

Route 3 – will divert via Laylands Green and Burtons Hill to serve Inkpen
Route 3a – will divert via Inkpen Road, Laylands Green and Burton Hill.
Kintbury Surgery and Kintbury Square bus stops will not be able to be served during this closure. We are liaising with the bus operator to see if a temporary stop area can be provided on the High Street.

KINTBURY - BARTON COURT FOOTPATH INQUIRY UPDATE

Please note that start has been brought forward to Wednesday 13th May 2026 at Jubilee Centre (then switching to Coronation Hall for 14th and 15th May).

There is potential that the inquiry may extend to extra dates.

The inquiry notice gives the start dates at the two venues, but not later dates as it is not always clear how long will be needed for an inquiry.
