Residents at Harold Wilson Court recently had the chance to speak with our Homes and Neighbourhoods team and local police officers about anti-social behaviour and concerns within the scheme.

By working closely with West Yorkshire Police, we can better understand issues affecting residents and take action together to help keep communities feeling safe and supported.

If you have concerns about anti-social behaviour in your area, please report them to your Housing Officer so we can help and work with partners where needed.

Estate Action Plans are live. We’ve been listening to what you have to say about your estates and taking action.

Working with partners, we want to clear up any rubbish in communal gardens fly-tipping, tackle anti-social behaviour, support with creating strong communities and address any concerns you may have.

We have been working hard to fix damp, mould and condensation (DMC) issues in your home. To get things right and meet current demands, we put together a specialised team and appointed contractors who have provided more support.

Over the last year we have gone from 2028 open cases to 373.
We have assessed and removed DMC issues in 93% of these cases.
Now Awaab's Law is in place, we have also assessed and resolved all emergency cases within 24 hours.
