Last week, the Carers Count Mental Health team took part in a brilliant team volunteering day at The Kirkwood Hospice in Huddersfield. We supported the Kirkwood gardening services team to plant lavender, transported soil, planted new bulbs and supported the maintenance of the gardens.

This was a great opportunity to support The Kirkwood and meet the team!

πŸ’¬ After the day, the Kirkwood team said: "We are grateful for your support and hope you found the day both enjoyable and rewarding. Please pass on our thanks to everyone at Carers Count for their continued partnership and support."
