Friends of Hove Park

Friends of Hove Park Hove Park is a beautiful park in the heart of Hove. It opened as a public park in 1906. This page is run by the Friends of Hove Park.

Set up in late 2013, we are a small group of local people dedicated to protecting the park and developing projects to improve and enhance the park for all its users. We are lucky to have a fantastic cafe located within the park http://hoveparkcafe.com/ and a miniature railway that runs during spring and summer months - check here for dates http://www.hoveparkrailway.co.uk/dates.html.

The Aliums in the park are lovely at the moment and also the Elderflower arch.

Spring has started to appear in Hove Park with all the snowdrops, crocus and daffodils all over the park.
We are also thinking about our Easter Egg Trail on Good Friday 3rd April which starts at 11.0am and there will be an Easter Bonnet Competition at 12.30 at the Cafe.
