We’ve reached an exciting milestone - our 7,000th home under our management since we were established in 2000 🏡.

To celebrate, we met with the customer who’s moved into this special home at New Monks Park in Lancing.

Hearing how excited she is to settle in was a great reminder of why we do what we do. Every home is part of someone’s story, and this milestone is a reflection of the hard work and dedication across our teams over the years.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of the journey so far. Here’s to the next milestone!

Staying safe around water

Sadly, it’s been reported on the news that at least 11 people have lost their lives in water related incidents during the recent heatwave. These tragedies remind us how important it is to take care around water and be aware of the risks.

Common risks:
• Swimming in rivers, lakes, or canals without knowing the conditions
• Cold water shock, even on warm days
• Strong currents
• Entering water alone or without supervision

Cold water can affect the body very quickly. Even strong swimmers can struggle in sudden cold temperatures.

How to stay safe:
• Only swim in designated and supervised areas
• Never jump into unknown water
• Avoid swimming alone
• Always let someone know where you are going
• Respect warning signs and local advice
• Wear appropriate safety gear when needed

For families:
• Keep a close eye on children at all times near water
• Set clear rules before visiting beaches, rivers, or lakes

Today is !🐝

Bees play a vital role in pollinating the plants that produce much of the food we eat and the flowers we love. Without them, our ecosystems would look very different.

However, bee populations are facing growing threats from pesticide use, climate change, and habitat loss.

That’s why we’re proud to be playing our part by supporting solitary bees. In recent years, we’ve installed bee towers across several of our redevelopment sites. They create safe nesting habitats that help support these important pollinators and enhance local biodiversity.

Here are a few simple ways we can all help protect bees:
• Plant bee-friendly flowers in gardens or on balconies
• Avoid using harmful pesticides
• Support local honey producers
• Leave some natural, wild spaces for bees to thrive
