Horsford Neighbourhood Plan: Regulation 14

You may be aware that the village is currently undergoing a process to update the Neighbourhood Plan. Some of you will have seen the proposed plans for a site that we could call home as part of these plans last year at the consultation at the Village Hall.

The plan has now been developed fully and is expected to go to referendum early 2026.

There now needs to be community support around the plan and also around the development of the proposed site for us to call home.

The plan is available at futurehorsford.co.uk and the particular policy relating to the site is SS2A.

We would welcome as many responses as possible to the survey in particular the support around SS2A - it can be as simple as typing Yes in the first question once you’ve provided your details.

This site would safeguard the clubs long term future, whilst bringing all teams onto ‘one site’, with full training facilities, match play and community facilities.

A massive thank you to all the residents who came along to The Neighbourhood Plan Showcase on Saturday. We had over 300 people which is amazing!! The questionnaire is now available online at Horsford Parish Council website if you wish to share your views on the new policies.
