☀🥰☀After the new piece of play equipment in Centurion Play Area the other week, we now have a new canopy shelter in Coronation Walk play area - desperately needed, as there's no shade in the park. Placed in a central position so that parents / carers can keep an eye on the children x Enjoy it! We might actually need it this weekend! ☀ 😃

🚴🚴 Come along and cheer for the cyclists as they fly past tomorrow morning. Our Estates Team have decorated Hamerton Gardens for the event (most thanks to Lindsay for decorating the bike!).
Lead cars are due through at around 11.30 with the cyclists following approx. 10 mins later - but this all depends on the speed that they are flying at! 🚴🚴

About this time (11.30/11.45am), next week the Lloyds Tour of Britain will be hurtling through Horncastle, down Boston Road and onto Jubilee Way. Stand out and give them support on their way! 🚴🚴 Fingers crossed for dry weather 🤞

Fabulous new piece of play equipment has just been installed at Centurion Walk play area - the Owl Lookout from Wicksteed. Climbing points, firemans pole, slide, shelters, interactive toys on the walls and more! To fit it in, the benches have been re-sited within the area, but this is so much better than the unit that was originally there, we didn't mind! Hope the children enjoy it!

🚴 🚴 The Lloyds Tour of Britain Men is coming to Lincolnshire!
Lincolnshire is proud to host the opening two stages of Britain's biggest professional cycle race on 2 and 3 September 2026.
The race will be coming through Horncastle on the 3rd September around 11.45am, down Boston Road to the lights and turning left onto Jubilee Way - keep an eye out for them and cheer them on their way!
