Pebble's bringing their whole family along to Horley Library's Family StoryTime and RhymeTime tomorrow!
Bring partners, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncles: everybody is welcome to come along at 10am tomorrow - Saturday 30th May - to get some quality time singing with your little ones.
This session is primarily aimed to include those who aren't able to come to our Thursday morning sessions, but our RhymeTime regulars are of course welcome as well!

Warm up those voices, get some stretches in so you're ready to put your whole self into the Hokey Cokey, and make sure you get here before we start at 10am to secure your family's ticket (they can go very quickly, from as soon as we open at 9:30...)

We still have spaces left on our English workshop tomorrow by Explore Learning!

It's all about interpreting stories together and improving reading comprehension through fun activities
The workshop is aimed at 7-9 year olds and is completely FREE - but please book ahead via the link in the comments below to secure a space

Apart from the workshop, we have plenty for you to do at the library while it's still half-term!
At 10am on Saturday, we have a special Family RhymeTime - particularly for anyone who can't make it to our usual RhymeTime on Thursdays, but open to all! Bring along grandparents, older siblings, partners, aunts, uncles: anyone who wants to spend quality time with your little ones, singing and moving together.

Every day, we have Superhero-themed colouring and a treasure hunt to do, as well as our extra special "Design a Superhero" competition which is running all the way to the end of June, so pop in and pick up an entry sheet!

This May half term holiday at Horley Library is all about 'Sensational Superheroes'!

TODAY, come along to learn how to make a superhero comic strip.

💥For ages 6+

Then, tomorrow, channel your inner superhero in our craft workshop.
💥Wednesday 27 May
💥10.30am—11.30am
💥£1 per child
💥For ages 4+

And don't forget, all week long we've got our superhero treasure hunt, superhero colouring, and design-your-own superhero competition!

Our children's events this May half term are all about 'Sensational Superheroes', and we'll be starting off with a BANG with Superheroes LEGO® Club tomorrow!

💥For ages 6+

Help us build a city out of LEGO to stage our superhero battle!
Vote for your favourite hero to win the LEGO Club battle!
Younger siblings are welcome to come along and play in our DUPLO® corner for no charge.

Row, row, row your boat... all the way to our next Sensory Rhymetime on Saturday 30th May at 10:30-11.00am.

This fun singing and signing session is for 0-6 year olds and is specifically tailored for SEND families. We are tucked away in an enclosed space with low lighting, a bubble machine and sensory toys. A ‘quiet’ room is available. Maximum of 6 children plus their parent/carer.

KAPOW! BOOM! WHAM! Sensational Superheroes LEGO CLUB at Horley Library: Saturday 23 May from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. We’ll be creating a street battle scene together - what will it look like and which superheroes will come to the rescue? You decide! You are also free to make whatever you imagine!

Suitable for ages 6 years and over. No need to book, just turn up. £1 per child.

Younger siblings are welcome to come along too and play in our Duplo corner (no charge).

Simply pick up an entry form from the Library, draw your superhero, tell us their name and what their superpowers are and hand it back to us at the Help Desk.
