We would like to let you know that the Birth to Five Partnership (BFP) pilot will be coming to an end on the 31st October 2023. As BFP chairs, we would like to send our heartfelt thanks to everyone for their time and feedback, which has been invaluable to our work. We have loved meeting you all, and listening to your stories and experiences.

Thank you to all the organisations and clinical service managers, that have opened their doors to us, with shared enthusiasm for the project. This has helped us to meet with children and their families across Surrey and collect a huge variety of feedback. Thank you for all your time, energy and support for the BFPs.

This page will soon be taken out of service, and so for any future feedback about children’s health visiting and therapy services in Surrey, please use the following link - Contact Us | CSH Surrey

We'd also love to hear your feedback around the support you've been given by the community health teams since the birth of your baby. So please get in touch either by DM or email [email protected].

Today we visited the child health drop in at the Banstead Clinic and spoke to mums and dads about their experiences of community health services in Surrey.

Thanks for all those who spoke to us and gave us really great feedback as well as the lovely staff running the clinic who made us feel really welcome đź’•

If you’re local to Banstead we highly recommend going down if you want to chat to the health visiting service face to face 👍

If you have any feedback you please get in touch via Instagram, Facebook or via our email account

Last week we attended the Milk Cafe in Caterham and managed to talk to a number of mums about their experiences with community health services for their children. We were blown away with the fantastic support on offer and the super friendly feel. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for support breastfeeding and a good support network 👍 We look forward to going back to talk to more of you in the near future 🫶
