Time is running out for you to take advantage of our fantastic summer offer which ends on Thursday! 💪

🏋6 WEEKS FOR THE PRICE OF 4 on all gym memberships*. 🏋
*excluding NERS, Wellbeing and Corporate memberships.

Our gym had a huge upgrade in April and is now fully kitted out with brand new state of the art Technogym cardio kit, in addition to our resistance machines, free weights and squat racks so our gym really does have everything you need to reach your fitness goals! Not sure what to do in the gym? Ask one of our gym team to create a personalised training programme to you and your goals! Our team of friendly and helpful staff are also here to answer any questions you may have or give you a tour of our facilities.

This offer will run up to and including Thursday 10th September and when it's gone its gone! This offer is open to anyone who does not currently have a gym subscription and also includes a FREE induction with a fully qualified member of staff to ensure you have all the knowledge you need to get started. 🏋

It is our monthly weekend Aqua Fit class on Sunday with Eleanor!🕺

📆 First Sunday of the month
⏰ 8:00am- 8:45am

Aqua Fit comprises aqua aerobic exercises with strength and conditioning moves to give you a full body workout. The class can vary from aqua aerobic style movements, and exercises using weighted floats to add resistance and challenge you further.

We have a NEW class starting next Wednesday 9th September! ✨

A dynamic, full-body Pilates workout designed to strengthen, sculpt, and tone. Pilates Sculpt combines the core-strengthening principles of classical Pilates with low impact strength exercises to challenge your core, legs, glutes, and upper body.

Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to increase or decrease the intensity throughout.

Come ready to move, strengthen, and sculpt! 🙏

🏋️ SUNDAY PUMP & TONE! 🏋️

This week, we have Eleanor with Pump & Tone to kickstart your Sunday! 💪

Pump & Tone is a full body workout designed to improve strength and fitness, and tone your physique. This class combines energising resistance training with weights, followed by a 15 minute abs and core session to tone up.

Suitable for all fitness levels, with options to modify exercises to match your ability. Expect to leave feeling stronger and more sculpted!

Sunday Blast is 9:30am every Sunday - come workout and feel energised ready to take on the rest of your day! 🙌

A reminder that our Gym is open 8:00am- 12noon today for all your bank holiday workout needs! All other areas of the Centre are closed and will re-open again as normal tomorrow.

The kids are back to school next week so now it is the perfect time to start your prioritising yourself again and get back into a solid routine with your training and nutrition!💪

Our BACK TO SCHOOL BOOTCAMP starts on Tuesday for 4 weeks and there are only a couple of spaces left!

🏋️‍♀️ 45-minute training sessions at 6am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding the bank holiday week when the sessions will run Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday).
💪 A structured training programme, designed to push you to your limits and challenge you more with every session.
🏃‍♀️ Training programme consisting of lower, upper body and core focused strength sessions, strength and conditioning and Hyrox-style sessions to improve your fitness.
🤝 Tailored support from your Coach adapted to suit your own goals, with optional weight and measurement check-ins for accountability and personalised calorie goals.
🧠 Daily non-negotiables and challenges to create healthy habits, designed to keep you on track and motivated to achieve your goals. As well as a group chat with other like-minded individuals for additional support and motivation.
