This page is run by volunteers and is not an official school page. It is intended to positively promote the Friends of Hillesley School and it's activities

The Friends of Hillesley School are a small and very active group. They carry out regular fundraising activities and give fantastic support to the school. The Friends of Hillesley support the pupils through fun, enrichment activities such as swimming lessons, trips and workshops. They also fundraise for specific projects. Some examples of these include: the library, computer suite, School Council,

play equipment, music etc. In December there will be a Christmas Pudding Workshop and Wreath Making Workshop, and we are busy organising next year's May Ball! Chair: Jasmine Watson

🎉 £8,595 RAISED! 🎉

What a weekend and what an incredible result!

Thank you to everyone who supported La Fiesta Mexicana. Your generosity, energy and community spirit helped us raise £8,595 for Hillesley Primary School

Well what a weekend weve just had.

We have had the most amazing time. We would like to Thankyou all for supporting us. We hope you have had a fantastic weeknd too.

A massive thankyou to The FOHS team that made it happen. A huge Thankyou to Hannah Tewksbury for having a vision and making it come to life.

We started on the Friday evening with the kids rave. A massive Thankyou to Atomic Kids Rave for entertaining over 50 kids. They throughly enjoyed it.

Saturday was the BIG one....LA FIESTA MEXICANA.
This was the most amazing night, hope your heads were not too bad after the amount of tequila that was drunk!! We would like the thank Chris and his team from The Edge Coffee Shop for the amazing food.
The band The Adventures of SHED were amazing at getting everyone in the dancing sprit... there was some amazing dancing on the dance floor. Thankyou to HUGEhands for finishing of the night with his DJing.

Sunday was the relaxing day to finish off the weekend with family Yoga at the marquee. A big thankyou to Rachael Scott for making this a enjoyable session happen.

We would like to thank Prestige Pavilions for the marquee. Their help from the begining of the planning to putting marquee up was amazing, even helping us get the high decorations up!!!

A massive thankyou to Summit Platforms for the generous hire of the generator.

And again THANKYOU to every single one of you that supported the weekend.

The Hillesley ball is just 4 weeks away, and we're making good progress with the organizing. The decoration team met today to finalize everything. It's going to be a busy 4 weeks behind the scenes to make sure you all have a memorable evening.

Friends of Hillesley School help provide "extras" that enhance education and foster a stronger, more engaged school community.

Thank you to everyone that supports us. Friends of Hillesley Primary School have been able to buy the children 6 new laptops.

With the school growing in pupil ratio, we felt that it was time for some new laptops, so each child has the chance to obtain the best learning they deserve.
