As we enter in to a new school term, we wanted to remember our amazing school PTA. Henry’s Friends play an integral role within our school. We have many volunteers and committee members.

Without Henry’s friends, many trips, events and social activities wouldn’t take place. An enormous amount of funds have been raised and so much more.

So a little thank you to our Chair Lauren, Vice Chair Gemma, Kylie, Kate, Cassie, Sarah, Donna, Rachel, Dani, Laura, Sam and Jessica.

Gemma Aylen is leaving us after 14 years on the Committee, so a huge thank you. 🙏

The end of an era for our amazing Year 6 children at Henry Chichele Primary School! 💙

Yesterday was filled with so many emotions as we celebrated the end of a wonderful seven-year journey.

We’ve watched these children grow, learn, laugh and flourish, and we’re so proud of everything they’ve achieved.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible teachers, support staff and parents who have guided, encouraged and supported our children every step of the way.

Your dedication, kindness and unwavering commitment have helped shape the wonderful young people they are today.

Here’s to the unforgettable memories they’ve made, the friendships that will last a lifetime, and the exciting new adventures that lie ahead.

We wish all of our Year 6 children every success as they begin their next chapter. 🌟

As we come closer to the end of another fantastic school year, we also celebrate the end of an important chapter for our Year 6 pupils. As they prepare for their next adventure, we wanted to recognise the commitment and leadership shown by our House Captains and Vice Captains.

Chichele Primary School, we believe in giving our children opportunities to develop confidence, responsibility and leadership. These roles are an important part of school life, helping pupils to become positive role models who lead by example and support others.

Throughout the year, our House Captains and Vice House Captains have demonstrated our 5Rs values of Resilience, Reflection, Resourcefulness, Risk Taking and Relationships in everything they have done. Whether leading house events, encouraging teamwork or supporting younger pupils, they have shown that great leaders inspire others through kindness, respect and dedication.

We are incredibly proud of all they have achieved and thank them for the positive contribution they have made to our school community. We wish our Year 6 leaders every success as they begin their exciting next chapter.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited Henry Chichele Primary School on Sunday as part of the Higham Ferrers Secret Gardens event. It was lovely to welcome so many visitors and see our school enjoyed by the wider community.

We are extremely proud of our gardens and the opportunities they provide for our children throughout the year. They are a much-loved part of our school and help bring learning to life in so many ways.

Our gardens are just one of the many things that make Henry Chichele such a special place for children to learn, grow and thrive.

Henry Chichele Primary School will be taking part in Higham Ferrers Secret Gardens. The event will take place on Sunday 14th of June from 12-5pm.

🎟️ You can buy your programme map/ticket from the stall at Market Square, which will provide you with a wrist band for entry. Tickets are £5 and children under 16 go free.

🫖 Tea and cakes are also being organised by Mother Louise at St Mary’s Church from 1-4pm.

🌷 There will also be a wheelbarrow display with sensory plants from local schools at Duchy Barn Garden!

🍹Why not grab yourself a glass of Pimm’s at Higham Ferrers Bowls club on your way round!
