We’ve recently completed the installation of Envirograf Product 35 & 14 intumescent air transfer grilles across a residential block

These grilles are a critical but often overlooked element of passive fire protection. Under normal conditions they allow air transfer for ventilation, but in the event of a fire the intumescent material activates, expanding to seal the opening and maintain compartmentation — preventing the spread of fire and smoke between rooms and compartments.
