As it's and we are celebrating 70 years of Northumberland National Park with our own 70th Anniversary Walking Festival.

This is a moderate walk of around 3 miles (5km) with an ascent of 348ft. It's dog friendly and has much historic interest and geological highlights.

It might feel cooler today, but warmer weather is on the way this weekend.
If you're heading out for a picnic, please don’t bring a BBQ. Wildfires pose a serious threat to the rare wildlife and delicate habitats that call the National Park home.
Help us protect this special place by:

Not starting fires
Taking litter home or using bins

Thank you for doing your bit to keep the National Park safe.
