Thinking about joining the PTA but not sure where to start?
Does the idea of joining the PTA feel a little daunting? If so, you're not alone — many of our current members felt exactly the same before getting involved! Me included!!
We are always delighted to welcome new members to our growing team. Whether you can offer a little time or simply want to stay informed, there is absolutely no pressure or expectation to commit to more than you're comfortable with.
A great first step is to join our PTA WhatsApp group. If you would like to be added, please send a message to either myself Michelle Edwards or Leeanne Walker
The WhatsApp group is primarily used to:
• Share information about upcoming events
• Request occasional volunteers to help at events
• Update members on funds raised and how they benefit the school
• Encourage new ideas and suggestions for future fundraising activities
Most importantly, please be assured that there is no obligation to help at every event. If you're able to volunteer, that's fantastic and greatly appreciated. If you're unable to help, that's completely fine too.
Our events are only possible thanks to the support of our wonderful volunteers, and we are incredibly grateful for every contribution. We'd love to welcome some new faces, hear fresh ideas, and continue making a positive difference for our school community together.
We are a lovely friendly group who work to raise funds to benefit every child within the school as said above if you would like to get involved send us a message 😍
