So as Businesses no one get’s it right 100% of the time, this is how we learn and how we adapt to make it better.
This is also why i love that i follow my customers journey all the way through.
I helped a lovely lady save on her bills at the end of April, then she drop me a message at this week to say she had, had a large bill come through from her previous provider and could i come and help with it.
Of course i arrange a time that worked, went over, made a phone call and got it sorted. As you can see i manage to sort out the mistake and get the bill for £1884,95 down to the £12.98 it should have been.
Leaving my customer less stressed and having someone she can call up to ask for help.

Love that My garage always wash my car before i collect it after having work done.

This got me wondering what other companies do as that little extra touch?

I check in with the people i’ve helped and have started to send them Thank you cards once a year for supporting my business and remind them i’m still here to help.

Quick question… do you know what energy tariff you’re actually on? 🤷🏼‍♀️

You’d be surprised how many people don’t.

Take a quick look at your latest energy bill. If you see things like:

✅ Standard Variable Tariff
✅ Variable Tariff
✅ No Exit Fees

There’s a good chance you’re currently on the energy price cap, which means future price changes could affect what you pay.

I’m not trying to alarm anyone, just encouraging people to check where they stand so there are no surprises when bills change in July.
