Our members had a wonderful time at their Christmas party 🎄✨ Amazing food, great music, a generous raffle and bumper bingo!

Now it’s 2026 and the club is buzzing again with delicious lunches, craft club, bingo, yoga and so much more.

Why not come along and see what we’re all about? Drop in anytime, bring a friend and make the club part of your weekly routine – everyone is welcome!

Apologies for last week — Kate was unwell, but she’s feeling much better now 💚 🙏🏻

Come along and enjoy a mindful, relaxing, fulfilling and energising chair yoga session from 10:45 am – 11:30 am.

After class, stay for a delicious lunch of Chicken in a bacon and leek sauce served with potatoes & vegetables 🍽️

And don’t forget — we have a range of activities through out the week, so there’s always something to enjoy!

Henley Handy Bus has been out and about helping members of Henley's local community for over 30 years, however, this service is currently under threat due to a lack of drivers.The Handy Bus group is run by volunteers and are currently looking to expand their pool - could you help?

🌅 Last Wednesday, we said goodbye to our Yoga Teacher, Maddie Martyn. This incredible lady introduced a new class to members a year ago. Maddie has improved their practise immensely 🧘‍♀️ 🙏🏻 We will miss her dearly, good luck to your next chapter and please keep in touch 🙏🏻💖

Don’t panic, Yoga is continuing with Kate Allen Yoga with Kate who has 20 years experience. Her class today was enjoyed by the members and will be back next week.
