Memorial for the 15th Anniversary of the End of the Iraq War.

In conjunction with RNAS Culdrose we will be holding a short Service of Remembrance at the Grylls Monument. We will be holding 2 mins silence and there will be an opportunity to lay wreaths and crosses.

Please note that there is NO ROAD CLOSURE.
All are welcome, but care is to be taken not to restrict traffic on the street or footpaths.

We have been asked by the family to share with you that Ray Page of Helston passed away peacefully on Boxing Day at Helston Community hospital, aged 88.
Ray was an active member of Helston British legion and a poppy collector for decades, before becoming unwell.
Funeral service at Treswithian Downs crematorium Camborne on Monday 19th January at 14.00
Family flowers only, donations to League of friends at Helston Community hospital.

We are looking forward to seeing you all at the AGM for the Helston Branch
The AGM will take place on Tuesday 16th December 2025 at 1800 in The Inn & Stills Anson Bar
All roles are open for election and we need people to come forward to be part of the committee. Without the Helston Branch of the RBL there will not be a standard bearer and Remembrance events will not be the same. All that is required is that you are a member of the RBL( easy to do online if you are not already a member) and are able to spare an hour or so a month/every other month.
