Look at who has come to visit Hedgehogs class!! 🦖

Last week, Hedgehogs class had an egg appear and we were all very confused. We then found a video on the “CCTV” of a dinosaur looking around school. We thought the dinosaur might be looking for the egg.
The children decided to write letters to tell the dinosaur where to look for the egg.
It seems like the children’s letters have worked as the dinosaur is in Hedgehogs class! I wonder what he has next for the children?

We had a great time on Book Day! We started in the hall making spoon puppets of our favourite characters together. Can you guess who they are?

As a school we are constantly looking for ways to make learning fun and engaging! We would like to provide all Reception and Key Stage 1 children with access to Numbots and all of Key Stage 2 with access to Times Tables Rock Stars - both are well renowned and successful in developing children's knowledge of Number.
Local Landlord and Landlady, Mark and Ali Walters, have generously offered to pay for the subscription if 10 of our Woodgate families have a meal at The Holmbush Inn Ale & C***r House.in Faygate. If you are looking for a fantastic, family-friendly place to eat, please consider them as an option. Oh, and don't forget to tell them you are from Woodgate!
