Haverhill’s annual Halloween celebration is back, but with a twist…

This year we are delighted to be hosting a brand new Halloween event in the town centre, making it even easier for people to join in the fun and celebrate all things spooky.

This free-to-attend event is for families with children aged 3-12 and will feature a spooky scavenger hunt across Haverhill Town Centre, featuring plenty of scary sights, interactive monsters and prizes.

There will also be a family-friendly Halloween party taking place at Haverhill Arts Centre.

That's all our summer events wrapped up for the year. Big thank you to everyone who came along to the Fun Days, Haverhill Science Festival, Haverhill in the Park and Picnic in the Park. 🥳

We’ve braved all kinds of weather conditions, from 34 degree heat to torrential downpour!

Introducing Stourview Wellbeing Centre's new Book Nook! Featuring Suki.

The Book Nook was kindly donated by Hachette UK who are running a community literary project encouraging children and adults to read and are providing Book Nooks across the UK.

Families are welcome to take books and return them once they've finished, ready for the next family or child to enjoy.

A role has become available to become a part of the Boost Team.

The primary objective of the Youth Skills and Families Advisor role is to provide comprehensive support, mentorship, and engagement to young individuals aged 11 to 25 and families so that they can achieve positive life outcomes. This includes guiding a case load of young people aged 16 to 25 towards achieving their full potential, preparing them for employment, apprenticeships, volunteering opportunities, or further educational pursuits. The role also involves co-delivering sessions focused on enhancing the social, emotional, and employability skills of young people. As well as engaging in early intervention wellbeing support with clients aged 11 to 16.
