I’m looking to connect with more care homes, families and organisations across Pembrokeshire who may be interested in the work I offer.

I provide meaningful, person-centred Montessori sessions for older adults, including people living with dementia, both in care homes and on a 1:1 basis.

To celebrate world photography day 📷 today we have been looking at family photos .. we do this often and use it as an opportunity for everyone to share stories.. it encourages participation and supports those living with dementia by focusing on familiar faces
