🔨⚙️ Year 5/6 have been enjoying their Design Technology lesson this week, making their very own automata toys! 🎨🛠️
The children have been incredibly productive, working creatively and collaboratively to design, cut, assemble and test their moving creations. It was fantastic to see them using the saws safely and responsibly, following instructions carefully and supporting one another.
We’re so impressed with their focus, teamwork and enthusiasm. Well done, Year 5/6! 👏🌟

Today we have had a very special visitor in class. Father Kyle visited us this afternoon to tell us all about the Bible, linked to our RE lessons this half term!
We got to look at lots of different Bibles, ask questions, and tell Father Kyle everything we have been learning about in RE this half term😊

🔧✨ Year 6 have had a fantastic DT day making their very own automata toys! 🎨🛠️ They worked hard to design, build and bring their creations to life using moving mechanisms. There was lots of creativity, problem-solving and teamwork along the way! 🤩👏 We’re so proud of their amazing efforts and the fantastic finished products! 🌟
