Another busy day in Year 4 Blue. We have looked at place value of numbers and started James and the Giant Peach in English. All children worked hard and presented their work beautifully. Afternoon was full of fun - games inside and outside showing great teamwork. An excellent start to the year! 🤩

The Butterflies 🦋🦋🦋have had a fabulous first week back at nursery. They’ve been learning the verbs walk,🚶‍♂️ run,🏃 climb, 🧗‍♀️ crawl, 🕷️tiptoe, 🩰dance,💃 lie, 🛌 sit, 🪑kneel,🧎‍♂️stand, 🧍‍♂️crouch, 🏋️‍♀️point, 👉stretch, 🙆‍♂️ and look. 👀 We have read the story, “The Colour Monster” 👿 🌈 and have discussed different emotions the monster and all of us may be feeling.😂😭😍☺️😱😡The children 🧒👦have been making marks with tools 🖌️🧹and their hands 🙌 in flour. In PSHE, we gave Jenie Jigsaw 🧩 a cuddle,🤗 and told her our names. After that, we shared what we had been doing in the holidays.🏖️🏊‍♂️🎡🛝🎢🛫⚓️🚢 The Butterflies 🦋🦋🦋have loved climbing 🧗 and jumping on the soft play. What a great start to the new term!☺️💜
