🐾 Supporting Your Child’s Wellbeing πŸ’™

Did you know our Ex Gratia Wellbeing Grant is available to the children of eligible donating serving/ retired police officers and staff up to the age of 25? 🌟

The grant is designed to support your child’s wellbeing, and importantly, nothing has to have happened to you or your partner to access this support. πŸ’™ Our Grants for All are here to help police families and give children the opportunity to thrive.

πŸ‘‡ Read the story below from a family who used the grant to access animal therapy for their little girl. 🐴✨ Through this support, she was able to benefit from the special connection, confidence building, and wellbeing benefits that animal therapy can provide.

Having been aware of the charity for almost 19 years it was a colleague that mentioned TPCC may be able to support us with grant funding to allow us to provide some extra support. β€œI wasn’t aware this was something the charity could provide. I was amazed at how simple the process was and very thankful for the funding provided as we see so many positives from the sessions. She is more relaxed, is starting to process big emotions in a controlled manner and is most definitely happier.”

πŸ’™ Supporting our beneficiary children through life’s difficult moments.

The loss or medical retirement of a parent can bring significant changes for the whole family, and sometimes children need a little extra support along the way. 🫢

That’s why our Beneficiary Counselling Grant offers up to Β£1,000 per child towards counselling support, upto the age of 25. πŸ’¬

Counselling can be used to help a child cope with bereavement and grief, but it doesn’t have to be directly related to their parent’s death or medical retirement. If they’re struggling emotionally, finding things difficult or simply feel they would benefit from having someone to talk to, this support is available. 🌈

Because whatever they’re going through, they don’t have to go through it alone. πŸ’™
