Harlech Nature Trail Harlech Nature Trail A 40 min walk through the local woods, the footpath is uneven and not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchair users.

Small children will need help up some of the giant steps but this adds to the character of the walk. Suitable footwear is required and wellingtons after it has been raining. The entrance is situated opposite the top car park in Harlech, which is pay and display. There is a seating area located next to the car park if you wish to start or end the walk with a picnic. For younger children the woods h

ow have 7 painted creature boards to spot along the walk - clues are available on this page. Dogs are welcome but please keep on a lead and pick up after them and dispose of the bags correctly. Why not take an wonder through the woods and let us know what, animal tracks, birds and trees you can find!

Hi All

As I no longer get back to Harlech as often any more (even before lockdown) and my Parents have other projects keeping them busy (The old Library), we have not be as active on this page as we had hoped over the last year or so.

Sarah Badham has kindly agreed to take over as admin for me and will be able to post more often the wonderful things the Nature trail as to offer. Thank you Sarah, if anyone else would like to help her please let her know.
