****SPOT THE FAKE £20****

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, over the past few days we have removed numerous fake £20 notes out of circulation...and they are very good fakes 😠😠😠

For us, we are glad we are spotting them and sending them to their rightful place to be dealt with, but for you, if we take these from you...it's your hard earned monies lost. (We do give you a receipt to say we have taken them from you)

Please be extra careful when accepting £20 notes

I have attached a photo from the Bank of England explaining the features to look out for on REAL notes

Please do come and speak to us if you want to ask us anything about these note...and spread the word as not everyone is on facebook

These are just the recommended dates for posting, if you can get them in sooner...that would be brilliant.

**We need to fill out a customs declaration for each parcel we send, the staff now have to do this via their system, so if you can bring a list in with what's inside your parcel that would help a lot.

***certain couriers need mobile phone numbers and email addresses for their customs procedure

Last posting dates for our couriers are here...Christmas cards need to be in for Friday 5th December...latest cut off for parcels is 17th using Evri international Priority, but I would just get them to us as soon as possible!!!

**IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE**

If you are wanting to use our Post Office as a collection point for your wonderful parcels (Amazon, DPD, EVRI and Royal Mail)...can you please, please, PLEASE try and collect your parcels within 24/48hours of receiving your pickup notification 😊

Space is very much limited at this time of year, and I'm sure you want your parcels as soon as possible to send to Santa 🎅

* please bring your collection QR code and identification to help speed things up for us

Happy weekend everyone!!!

As it's coming up to Christmas 🎄 We have decided to give you all an early Christmas present 🎁 and open on a Sunday for you!!!

So starting Sunday 30th November, we will be open 11am-3pm with a full post office counter service and full shop service (its only for 4 weeks, ending 21st December)

Happy Wednesday everyone!!!

So, I've finally found an "official" poster for our NEW DPD GOLD service

It's a Post Office ONLY service, so you can't buy it online...and not every post office has it....BUT WE ARE ONE OF THEM!!!

We've had it a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say, the customers who have used it have been extremely happy with the service 😀😀

So, if you need something there next day, its important, or valuable. ..don't worry if we offer you this one as well as royal Mail special delivery

***dpd DO NOT send parcels to some areas of the uk and DO NOT send to PO box addresses***

Hello everyone!!!

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend ❤️

Dare i mention the word "CHRISTMAS"?! 🎅

It will be upon us before we know it, So lets get ready for a fabulous and busy festive period!! The Christmas stamps are ready and waiting for you, same price as the normal ones...just more pretty 🎄

I haven't received the "last posting dates" leaflet as yet, but I do have a poster of the uk last posting dates for Christmas (I've attached it)

One important (and brilliant) addition to our service, is the NEW DPD GOLD postage!! A new, guaranteed, tracked, next day service with standard compensation limit at £1000. So don't be shocked if we mention this one along with our Royal Mail special delivery service.

As soon as I get the international posting dates, I will upload them on here
