We are now recruiting for a Receptionist - 31 hours per week.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and compassionate Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our charity, supporting visitors, service users, volunteers, staff and members of the public.

This is an important role within our charity, helping to create a positive experience for people who may be accessing our services, seeking support or simply getting in touch with us for the first time.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, reliable and genuinely committed to supporting people. You will be confident dealing with a wide range of individuals and able to remain calm, professional and empathetic, including when dealing with sensitive or challenging situations.
